Arcturus Networks Inc relocates Toronto office to larger space

TORONTO, CANADA – July 15, 2002 — Arcturus Networks Inc. a leading innovator of embedded firmware and hardware solutions for Residential Gateways and Convergence devices announced today their Toronto office relocation plans.

Effective as of July 22, 2002 Arcturus will relocate the Toronto Engineering and Administration operations from the outskirts of the city to the historic Reading Building in the “tech core” of Toronto’s downtown. The move will increase Arcturus head office space by 25% and was required due to the addition of key engineering personnel and future growth.

“We need the added space, otherwise we’d have to start a second shift,” joked John Fabrizio, Vice President Finance and Operations, “we’re thrilled about the move, the space is larger and will be much more conducive to the creative development work we do.”

The move, which will not interfere with regular business operations, will take place over the weekend of July 20th and may result in a short interruption in service to the Arcturus and uClinux websites due to a change in service providers. Telephone numbers and fax numbers will remain the same.
